For nearly a year, they’ve been at war.
Cops. Forks. Eggs.
Two feuding neighbors who couldn’t be more opposite, forced to live next door to one another.
Neither is backing down.
She drives him crazy with her loud nineties rap music.
He gets under her skin the way he obsesses over his stupid perfect lawn.
She fantasizes about having sex with the hot nerd—but with duct tape over his dumb mouth.
He has dirty dreams of the bombshell beauty where he bangs the crazy right out of her—nightmares of course.
Anger isn’t the only thing heating up between these two.
They think this is a battle only one of them can win…
The growing attraction between them, though, seems to be far more stubborn than the two of them combined.

Ever since I read the 2 Lovers series by the dynamic writing duo K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield, I knew I needed to get my hands on this one. And I can tell you in absolute honesty that it totally did not disappoint! The enemies to lovers theme might not be new material by Webster and Hollyfield added a new flair in this one that you will find yourself so engrossed in the book in the first 10 pages.
I love the banter that Will and Lilith spew on each other to avoid the growing chemistry between them. This is one of those books that will make you laugh out loud with the characters’ antics and at the same time, it will also make you feel warm and giddy from the romance.
What I loved most about this book is that these two characters might seem like polar opposites from each other but when they got together, it somehow made sense. Their own unique quirks complement each other so perfectly that you can’t help yourself but root for them from the get-go.
Overall, this is one great read that I will most definitely recommend for those who love reading a good romantic comedy as much as they love watching it on the big screen.
